The kitchen is the Picina’s crowning achievement. In fact, traditional dishes are joined with innovations in flavour: delicacies for the eyes and for the tongue, surrounded by delightful scents that awaken all five senses.
You must take note of the wide range of appetizers, first and second courses, and desserts: fresh pastas still made by hand – like the ravioli al ragù (ravioli with meat sauce), pansotti with pistachio sauce, farm-raised Chianina beef, fresh fried fish, and wild game. And don’t forget the other little delicacies such as the homemade bread and pizza, the semifreddi (frozen ice creams) and traditional gelato...
Food preparation is taken care of with attention to the smallest details, using only first quality ingredients, whether they are local, Italian, or international – depending on season and availability –.
All the dishes are served with a select wine list for the more discriminating palate.
The dining room, with scenic views of the sea, seats 100 and allows functions such as ceremonies, weddings, work lunches and dinners, and birthday parties. There is a different menu for every occasion to better reflect your every need.
